The funding was led by Just Climate, EDF Pulse Ventures, and the Monaco ReOcean Fund, with additional support from existing investors, including 2150, BNP Paribas, Ananda Impact Ventures, and SWEN Blue Ocean. Founded in 2014 by Dr Kat Bruce, NatureMetrics has pioneered the use of environmental DNA (eDNA) and AI technologies through its Nature Intelligence Platform. The company provides end-to-end biodiversity monitoring and impact reporting solutions by combining cutting-edge analytics with scalable tools.
