Sound Agriculture, a rapidly growing agtech leader, has announced the successful spin-out of its plant epigenetics platform and the completion of a $25 million Series D extension. Co-led by BMO Impact Investment Fund and S2G Ventures, this funding positions the company toward profitability while accelerating the launch of bioinspired solutions that promote soil health, thriving crops, and sustainable agriculture.

Sound Agriculture is reshaping modern farming with two innovative products:

1. SOURCE®: This patented signaling chemistry mimics natural plant signals to activate beneficial soil microbes, unlocking nitrogen, phosphorus, and micronutrients. SOURCE optimizes in-season nutrient uptake, driving better crop performance with less reliance on synthetic fertilizers.

2. BLUEPRINT™: Featuring arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), this premium solution enhances root system development, improving crops' access to macronutrients, micronutrients, and water. When paired with SOURCE, BLUEPRINT helps growers achieve maximum yield potential.

Sound Agriculture’s Efficient Acre Incentive program removes financial barriers for growers transitioning to sustainable practices. By replacing 25 pounds of nitrogen or phosphorus with SOURCE, farmers can:

• Earn up to $10 per acre in incentives.

• Access a yield protection program offering up to $100 per acre cash back.
